At T.U.K. Shoes, we want you to love your new creepers and boots, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to maintain its brand-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
